Abstract
Venezuela is historically and cyclically living the exhaustion of a political order within a context of reorganization of the international community. But this reordering that has its roots in the Westphalian Peace Treaty is taking place not only in structure, but also in nature, and this explains the spirit and international impact of the Venezuelan crisis. For this reason, I have proposed to assess the relationship between the Venezuelan crisis and the reordering of the global order that is taking place. To this end, I will make an analysis of the concept of anacyclosis, next, we will examine the dynamic nature of the Westphalian order and its impact on the Venezuelan future, then we will analyze the dynamics of said impact as a process and event and, finally, I will make some considerations about what could be done from a new republican perspective.
